Oswald's Pharmacy In-Store Return Policy
Returned merchandise received within 90 days of purchase date with a valid proof of purchase can be refunded, exchanged or credited to your credit card (if purchased on a credit card).
Return Exceptions
Purchases made with and Oswald’s Pharmacy gift card or other promotional credit can only be refunded as a gift card. No cash or credit can be given in exchange for the item.
Special order returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Items purchased from Anderson’s Bookshops or other Oswald’s Pharmacy affiliates may not be returned or exchanged at Oswald’s Pharmacy.
No returns on gift certificates or gift cards.
Holiday products returned after the holiday they are affiliated with will be subject to whatever the promotional price is they are currently selling for. This is due to the items being non-returnable and impossible to sell at their suggested retail value.
Oswald’s Pharmacy reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
Damaged merchandise may not be returned unless marked and initialed by an employee on the receipt.
Closeout merchandise is non-returnable. Sidewalk Sale merchandise is non-returnable.
Discontinued items are non-returnable.
